Court issues/articles related to annexation reform (Senate Bill #5)

For the convenience of our viewers the ?“Our Pages?” section of this web site has an updated posting listing numerous recent articles related to the challenges of annexation reform.

As these challenges continue, annexation reform measures are on hold. Meaning that annexation issues continue under the old laws and rules until either the courts clear the current debate, the attempted referendum is either nullified or their is a statewide vote on the referendum efforts to repeal annexation reform.


Years of democratic process, legislative hearings, debate, compromise and approvals of both the legislative and administrative branches of Ohio government now are in gridlock.
