Solution to school funding

My name is Michael Noll and I'm the Democratic candidate for Fairfield County Commissioner. I am not a politician but a citizen who believes that the problem should be identified inorder to achieve a sure solution. I have been publicizing my platform on my web site, mikenoll.com, My platform states that an economic development fee should be charged to each built by any contractor and that the majority of the money go directly to the schools for new buildings. The balance should be for the extra police and fire protection mandated by the new homes. There are other communities in Ohio that already do this and it solves the problem of always going back to the kettle for more money. I also support a county wide scholarship program. Thank you,
