NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
April 19, 2004, 7:30 PM

The Violet Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 19, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 12970 Rustic Drive, Pickerington, Ohio 43147, to consider an application, designated as Case Number 04-ZC-2005, filed by Wesley Development, 6221 Riverside Drive, Suite 1S Dublin, Ohio which is proposed as an amendment to the Violet Township Zoning Resolution. This application proposes to rezone from the R-1 and R-2 Single Family Residential Districts to the PD Planned Residential District 77.57± acres located at 7440 Stemen Road, Pickerington, Ohio and owned by Peter W. Bickel, Trustee; 28.25± acres designated as Tax Parcel Number 0360004510 and located on the north side of Stemen Road east of Hampton Drive and West of Allen Road and owned by Mary E. Lilley; and 3.314± acres being a portion of property located at 7250 Stemen Road, Pickerington, Ohio and owned by Mary E. Lilley. The applicant is seeking approval of the application in order to accommodate a 167-lot single family subdivision. This application is available for examination from April 4, 2005 through April 19, 2005, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 12970 Rustic Drive, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by both publication and mail is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector. After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Violet Township Board of Trustees for its action.
