3 - City to Contribute $150,000.00 of the construction of the roadway through such parcel.
4 - City has agreed to waive BGM Development Coportation's fair share costs for water & sewer.
You'll note that this Ordiance (2001-123) passed by "Emergency" on it's first night on Council's agenda.
