There have been numerous comments related via elected and appointed officials opinions as to the proposed CEDA presented by Violet Township and the Village of Canal Winchester Officials. Also making the recent presses are comments, without concrete material, about a proposed Pickerington CEDA. As much accurate data as is available has been posted in the “Our Pages” section of this web site.

The one missing “voice” is that of the major landowner, Mrs. Ruth Pifer, as much of these annexations and potential development issues revolve around the future of her property.

Mrs. Pifer’s words are best expressed in her public record letter to the Fairfield County Commissioners and are now shared with you for your more complete understand of this issue, by the person most involved.
