I attended the Planning and Zoning (P&Z) committee meeting the other evening and this concern was addressed.
- The P&Z discussion was about allowing for MF-18 zoning on Ramsey street. There was concern about emergency vehicle access. The development project was to be held to two stories high.
- Opening Ramsey to Lamar was not being considered. Connecting the streets would take a modification to the city's Master Transportation Plan and would have to go before City Council. None of that is currently planned.
