Congratulations to the Neighborhood Watch group!

We were runners-up as a winner of a 2004 Neighborhood of the Year award, of which we are very proud! Neighborhood USA (NUSA)acknowledged our neighborhood as a 2004 Neighborhood of the
Year award winner in our first year as an active organization, which is phenomenal! Judging from the extraordinary accomplishments of
the other winners and the years of effort to make such significant progress, our neighborhood has taken a giant step in becoming recognized as a leader in its first year. A sincere thank you goes to Martha Vollmann, George Vollmann, Curtis Fields, Vicki Hellenbrand, Dough and Cheryl Kammann and Mike Bruce.

Elections were held on May 29, 2004 for additional Executive Committee member volunteers. Please welcome Joe Klein, Dale
Mueller, Jay Schmidt, and Mary Schmelzer. We are excited about increasing the size of the Executive Committee. We also added other interested neighbors after the elections. Tania Banak and Bill Maund are eager neighbors to offer a lending hand. If you are in interested in volunteering, please send us an email.
