1.To preserve, protect and restore our individual neighborhoods.

2. To be a "neighbor" in the truest sense of the word.

3. To rid our communites of all undersirable persons responsible for crime, disturbance and run down properties.

4. To have Well Kept neighborhoods allowing the residence of our community to stand tall and proud.

5. To show and share with others what can be done by neighbors who decide to work together for a common cause.

6. To embrance and promote a communty-wide concept of these ideals.

7. To be one cohesive voice for the betterment of the community.

8. To build a cooperative relationship with government agencies that help accomplish our mission.
