To The Pacific Ranch Home Owners Association:
I would like to know how to varify the ownership of a specific condo in your community.
Afer placing an ad on Craig's list I received several letters from people claiming to be the owners of condos in Pacific Ranch in HB. Since these letters came from out of the county and requested very private financial information I became concerned. So how do I know who the real owner(s) are? I will start with the first one and I would like to hear from anyone who can varify the owner:
Is Kimberly Smith at 19501 Ranch Lane the real home owner of this address.
Please email jackiecfromhb@yahoo.com before I give her the money.
