I haven't been able to read the boards lately. Needless to my surprise, I saw many boards. Several fighting about the good neighbor theory. And several talking about the speed bumps. Then fighting. I would like to address a few. Unfortunatley I need to use three posts to do this. Please read my concerns.

1) Good Neighbor - My husband and I moved here a year ago. The house we bought was in very bad shape. We are TRYING to get this house looking nicely. However, my husband runs the family business which is retail. The poor guy works about 70 hours a week. Myself, I work two jobs. Granted, one is from the home. But I basically work the same amount of hours. PLUS, I am in the process to get a nonprofit organization going for Sexually abused children. This is due to finding out that my daughter was sexually abused by my her ex-step father. So needless to say we are very busy. We do care about our house, and work on it when we have the time. I would like to apologize to my neighbors for my pool looking the way it does. The filter broke, so we need to replace it. However, currently our money is being taken by lawyers and courts. We have the sexual assault and a custody battle that we are paying for. We hope to have the money for a new filter for the pool shortly. So, I am sorry for you to look at a green pool. It is shameful.
