Will each home owner please look at their trash cans and see if it yours, due to recent high winds, some cans were blown all over the area. I would request that each check their cans and if it does not belong to you please return it to the address show on the inside of the lid,and all will be happy. Someone correct me, if, I am wrong wasn't these issued by can numbers to each address????
