I have reported this issues on several ocassions to the City of Fort Worth and the previous management team.  The City fence around my house on the corner of Basswood and Arcadia is separating.  I had someone come out to determine if it was due to drainage problem and was told that is not the case. Apparently, the fence was built without reinforcing the concrete.  The fence has several wide gaps and cracks and getting close to collapsing to the ground.  Last year, the City of Fort Worth when they were out in the community  promoting the new bond proposal said they would come out to assess and correct.  I'm still waiting.  I would like the issue to be resolve since it's becoming not only an eye sore, but a dangeous hazard to pedestrains walking back and fort to the Walmart Market store.
