IV. Miscellaneous Topics
 The issues of dues and other methods of financing (i.e. fund raising) for PPCA were discussed. Money could be used for beautification, newsletters, holiday activities, Welcome Wagon items, etc.
 Promoting the businesses of neighborhood entrepreneurs (through the PPCA newsletter, featured speaker at meetings, etc.) was also discussed. Possibility of financing newsletter by selling promotional/ad space to local business people.
 Discussed the desire to have various persons or groups speak at PPCA meetings for the benefit of neighborhood residents. Suggestions were: Police liaison- Block Watch (Steve Preston) and Columbus City Manager- Property tax re-assessments (Joyce Bushman).
 Discussed the possibility of doing mass mailings or bulk mailings rather than posting flyers onto 833 mail boxes. The cost was believed to be approx. $.13/piece of mail.
 Discussed where future meetings should be held. For purposes of consistency we would like to continue having them at Holy Redeemer Lutheran Church (until we outgrow!!)
 Discussed how often we should have PPCA meetings. Meetings will be held more often in the beginning so that the Civic Assoc. can get up and running. After that, we will hold meetings every couple/few months.
