Community Garage Sale:
Need more communication to neighborhood with the help of area reps and signs at the entrances two weeks prior to sale. Next schedule sale was in June, Rene Tennant brought up the issue that the Tussing Elelmentary Rumage Sale will be the same weekend as the schedule June community Sale therefore we voted to change the dates to June 22 and 23.

Money was spent from our dues to list Garage Sale in local papers.


Hines & Harbortown entrance sign needs a new coat of paint. Jim Keaton volunteered to paint this for us. - Thanks Jim! The paint has been donated by Robert McKlumpy who also painted the sign at Tussing and Highland park for us last year, - Thanks Robert!

Shelley Drager and Rene Tennant volunteered to becoe area reps fro section 2. Our two area reps have moved from the neighborhood. - Thank you!

Next Meeting - June 26th 7:30 place to be determined.

Neighborhood Lights:

Mike Fisher explain the neighborhood options. Each individual street has to vote on it and each street would need a 70% positive vote to enforce. The new lights would costs approximately $700. which you could pay up front or select to have the payments included in your property taxes spread over 10 years. The lights would be the lamp post with underground wiring.

Area Deed Restrictions:

Melinda Alic requested to receive the deed restrictions from each area. To allow our Deed committee to have a reference point when issue arise.

Looked into and discussed neighborhood dogs. What can be done about an meighborhood dog continuously barking day and night? The issue is being look into. Letter to go out upon review.
