MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Many of you have seen the "For Sale" sign on my unit and are concerned about why I am selling. I have been a resident of Park Premiere South for more than 12 ?½ years. I'm ready to move on to a single family home. Let me assure you that my move has nothing to do with any concerns about the state of the Association. The Association is in better financial condition than it was 2 ?½ years ago and the Board is determined to see that this improves even more.

I am resigning my position as President of the Board of Directors effective July 21, 1999. I will be "handing over the gavel" to Vice President Bob Conklin at the July Board meeting.

I have enjoyed my tenure with the PPS HOA and have been thrilled with all the progress taking place and all the plans for the future. The Board is very committed to improving the community, There are a number of projects still being planned. If anyone is interested in helping with any of these projects the Board would really appreciate the help. We know there is quite a range of expertise out there and we'd love to tap into that experience and knowledge. Let us know what your expertise is and we'll be sure to include you in the plans.
