All plants, vines, trees and bushes MUST be removed and/or trimmed away from the buildings prior to the painters coming to give them ample room to work and paint. If trimming has not been done in time for the painters the Association has chosen Scocat Services to do the necessary work. The Association will bill the homeowner
for the work as well as assess a $100 fine.

Also, remove anything else, such as lights, clocks, can crushers, any decorations, etc., that is attached or hung on the walls of your unit or shed. Everything must be off the building and shed walls prior to painting.
