Does anyone know who owns the land between the Pasadena Fundamental and the trail? It's a large triangle. It would be a nice place for another small park.

Kyle, I'm not sure who owns it, but I think my brother (Guy) does. I'll try to find out and let you know. I was also thinking it would make a nice park, but as you probably know the association chose the park on Dartmouth Ave. (which is going to be a great park) and the deadline for the grant is approaching quickly. |
