The Architectural Control Committee, as defined in the Park Timbers Home Owners Association handbook, is empowered to create guidelines to be followed by residents to insure the adherence to standards that protect the intention of the Covenants. The following guideline is written in this spirit. The purpose is to avoid future misunderstandings and to establish a process that must be followed as part of the Architectural Control Committee approval procedure.
All changes or alterations to the existing exterior paint or trim scheme of an established property that alters the current color theme of that property will require review and approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
Again, the reason for this requirement is to insure that the exterior harmony of our community is preserved for the benefit of each homeowner; this being a key motivation.
