I am considering how to design the CRRA website (or blog) and would like some input.

Do you like this site? It allows for communication-but...
Should our site have more personality?
What is essential to have on our site?
What should the site be designed to accomplish?
Thinking larger: What features would a really fantastic CRRA website have?

Can you recommend a really great Nhb Assoc website or blog to look at?

Should this be a blog? That is, more of an interactive, issue-oriented device? (With pages that contain the basic info about the Assoc & the 'hood.)

Hope to see some responce here soon.
Thanks

I already see one problem with this forum--I misspelled a word and see no way to edit a message after it is posted.

Also, I should have noted that this site you are on now is still very bare bones. I am just testing it before putting more content up. It seemed like an easy way to get up and running quickly.

I may also test a CRRA blog format in the very near future.
This site is fine

Of course a site with more personaliity would be better. Maybe you can try to use this site for a certain length of time, about 6 months, just to see how many people use it. I would judge any investement for another fancy site based on neighbor use of this one. Also remember that many neighbors may not even have computers or internet or limited internet. You could not invest in a fancier website and save that cash to flyer the folks without internet/computers? There are many options. This seems user friendly and okay for now.
