Board Meeting Summary

>The Board signed a utility easement to IREA to place an underground power cable on the northwest end
of the Meadows.
>An update on the playground installation was made to the Board, stating that the project is on schedule, the old equipment has been removed and some surface grading done. The project should be done before the contract deadline of May 15th.
>Signs for each entry to Park View have been ordered stating ?“Covenant Protected Community.?” These signs should be installed with in the next couple of months.
>Reports were heard from: The Architectural Control Advisory Committee. Committee structure and duties were discussed. The Finance Committee, who is working on the budgeting process, the reserve study, interviewing prospective management companies, and reviewing ways to make up any operating deficits. The Landscape Committee, discussed options for snow removal, sprinkler maintenance, tree
replacement, flowerbed plantings and fence maintenance and painting schedules. The Pool & Social Committee presented a plan for a community wide ?“Bargain Days?” garage sale to be held in the Timberline parking lot.

The meeting was closed at 9:00pm. The next meeting will be held at Timberline on April 29th at 7:00 p.m
