Hi Neghbors! The Guardian ad Litem program is a volunteer based State Agency and non-profit program. Volunteers advocate for the Best Interest of children in court. They are the one constant factor in a child's life. A child that has a volunteer has a better chance to have a successful outcome in the court system. We need long-term commited volunteers able to advocate for a child for a period of twelve through eighteen months. Volunteers will need to commit for two through three hours per week. To find out how to become a volunteer, please contact, Sam Franco, Volunteer Recruiter at 904-255-8349 or Samari.Franco@gal.fl.gov.
