Attendance:

Meeting Started at 6:37 pm

Order of Business:

1. Final approval of the proposed Annual Meeting Notice and what will be included as agenda items. Because Mr. Ediger received a quote of $1500 per light from IREA, a decision to make that project a low priority was made due to cost considerations. A recommendation to add an RSVP onto the notice was made.

2. Treasurer Ann Monson produced a Statement of Income and Expenditures for 2004. The Homeowner’s Association has approximately $6,000 in money available for projects.

3. Mr. Peppard relayed a message from Donna Sereda concerning a telephone conversation she had with Rocky Mountain News reporter Jerd Smith concerning the ECCV H20 2006 project. She encouraged other homeowners to contact Ms. Smith to provide their opinion on the dues ECCV is mandating for this project. Additional information can be found on the Parkborough website.

4. Mr. Ediger and Mr. Ries discussed the trash pick-up and weed pulling project they started 12/6/04. They stated their estimate of three days to rid the public property of weeds and trash would not be sufficient and asked for an extension to five days. Approval was made by the Board. Mr. Ediger and Mr. Ries will charge $15 each per hour to complete this project.

5. Mr. and Mrs. Peppard, Mr. and Mrs. Ries, and Mr. Ediger will meet on Saturday, December 11, to prepare envelopes containing the Annual Meeting Notice and Annual Dues Notice for mailing.

6. Approval was made by the Board to spend the money necessary to redo the HOA Meeting Notice signs. They will be reworded and placed in the neighborhood prior to the upcoming HOA Meeting.

7. Annual Meeting scheduled for January 18, 2005 at 7:00pm at the Smoky Hill Library.
