This has been bothering me for some time, well ever since I've moved in!
The man who owns the property behind the houses on Ridgefront is very demanding about the fact that we shouldn't throw any trash over the fence into his property. As a good neighbor and person we shouldn't throw trash anywhere so I'm in compliance with this request.
My problem is the fact that my fence is collapsing because his weeds are growing into it and forcing it down to the ground. I'm constantly nailing in a board that has fallen because of his negligence to trim his weeds.
Why can't the HOA ask him to keep his weeds away from our fence? It only makes sense because if this continues we will need his permission to go on to his property to replace our fences.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
