Grievances

Posted in: Twelve Oaks of Ascension
In considering a purchase of a boat, our family feels the restriction on parking is somewhat extreme. The idea of parking a boat completely out of site is hardly possible. Car ports are visible as are most back yards. Additionally, as per the restrictions, any vehicle with a Logo on it is in violation if seen from the street. Just seems a bit harsh. Non boaters and people who do not use vehicles in business could care less but the few people who use their vehicle in business and a few people who choose to park their boat on a solid foundation as in a drive-way appear to be in the minority. Perhaps some of the restrictions can be re-evaluated. What consequences are there for existing and or future violators of these extreme regulations?

A copy of the restrictions should have been provided to you before purchasing in Tweleve Oaks Subdivision. The restrictions were drafted to maintain continuity and order within the subdivision, as well as maintain/protect the value of your home. Our restrictions are not ''extreme'' as the majority of the nicer subdivisions in this area have drafted the same regulations.
