I thought that our fences had to have 4 inch spaces between the slats. There is currently an end unit home across from Tender Loving Kare that is putting up a privacy fence with no space between slats. Are we allowed to do this now??

Fix the fence!

There was a resident in the single family homes that had to fix her fence last year. It was a 6 foot privacy fence. 2 feet had to be removed and every other board removed.

Deed restrictions say: Fence cannot be higher than 4ft, and cannont obstruct view. Needs to be post and rail or chain link...

The fence was already fixed

I think it was just the way that the fence was shipped to that home - or that they did later go back and fix it. Because just a few days after it went up, every other slat was removed.
