Parkwood Articles, Bylaws and Declarations

As one reads these documents they refer to each other.

The Articles of Incorporation is the document chartering the Parkwood Maintenance Association, Inc. under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act to establish a home owners management association entity for the Parkwood subdivision and common property we have.

The Bylaws dictate how the association is to be operated and managed.

The Declarations, or the Covenants, are requirements tied to the property of all lots in Parkwood.
