Parkwood Neighborhood

Hi All,
I'm responding to Mike McCormick's urge to discuss some of our concerns about how parkword is being run, specifically the building of a club house when we can't seem to take care of what we currently have.

I'll open in dialogue by just asking what you guys think? What are issues we are concerned with and are we concerned enough to do something about it, other than write a post on this forum? If there is a consensus then we can talk about what we'd like to do.

Board of Director's decisions

It appears that the Board of Directors have over time made a number of budget-related decisions about maintenance of several community property assets, like the front gates, running trail, pathway from the parking lot to the pavilion area, etc. What is not been publicized is what those decisions are and their rationale. Hopefully in the next couple of newsletters all of these decisions will be recapped. Perhaps at the annual meeting is the time also to ask the Board to fully review these decisions and their plans for maintaining these assets.
