i have several matters that concern me. first the parking at the intersection of parkwood and autumn park. living on moonlit park, it is one way traffic because everyone going to the pool is not using the pool parking lot. too lazy to walk a little way longer to use the parking lot. i suggest no parking areas on the curbs. it is hard to see to turn and you have to wait for a car to come down the road to proceed. and i walk alot with my dogs all over parkwwod. almost every street i walk down, i have to let my dogs stay on the curb and i go into the street because of overhanging trees. i know we were told to trim our tree or else, what about inforcing the tree trimming for everyone else? the mailbox right by my house is also blocked by a overhanging branches of trees. anyone on the neighborhood patrol ever notive any of this? also we had an a slight hue of paint differnce on our garage door, also a letter was placed with the association promptly to have the door all one color. what about the houses in the parkwood area that really need to be tidy and no one does anything to them? i am tired of being singled out and everywhere i look are infractions. i would like some response to these problems. thanks, paula 11700 block of moonlit park.

Paula's Got It Right!
Thanks for raising these problems.
What can we say, but ditto! You have a ton of good issues which need work. Have you emailed the property manager of the HOA and asked for these items to be fixed?
I would suggest that as one step - write a letter or an email - put it in writing so that you can refer to it and ask for status.
Everything you say here has very good points to it. Yep, the parking lot should be full before clogging up Moonlit Park. There is no parking on the side of Autumn Park along side the pool and that intersection is tough (and I am afraid it can be dangerous for a pedestrian - what we really do not want!).
Do others have ideas on how to fix some of these issues?????
Add your reply to Paula's note!

Petition to Make It Happen
Paula and others will coordinate a petition with all owners whos property abutts the intersection and along Moonlit Park and Autumn Park to make this happen. Aim is to determine which side or whether both sides of Moonlit Park need NO Parking designation. Work order to be established then will need to coordinate petition with the City to get the work done.
