The new landscaping looks wonderful!

Are there automatic sprinklers that the HOA runs & maintains to water the plants or are they at the mercy or the rain?

What you see is what you get

I know of no sprinklers in the development other than on the former model home in the front entrance(North RR side). You make a good point, I thought the same thing as I left noticing the new plants today. Pray for rain!!

Landscapers and Basins

Jen-

I have gotten a bid on treating both basins. It is costly, but recognize that it needs to be done. Because the one is bad...we need to get approval from the state to treat. That process can take up to 8 weeks.

As far as the landscaping..there has been someone at each entrance who has volunteered to water and weed. I will try to get together a list of people who are willing to help going forward. By us weeding we will be saving some money.

Thanks,

Paige

Landscaping

Unfortuntely, the builders did not install automatic sprinklers at any of our entrances.

We have been fortunate to have several homeowners who have volunteered to weed and water the plants at each of the entrances. We are in the process of getting a list together of others who can help in the future.

Thanks
