A 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT
Please Be Aware that the speed limit in our neighborhood is
30MPH. This includes not only residents, but their guests, the pizza delivery man and any other visitors.

We currently have too many individuals speeding through the neighborhood espectially on Paso Tiempo in excess of 40 or 50 mph.

Be aware there are many children in the neighborhood and at excessive speeds, an unfortunate accident can occur. Is it worth saving 20 seconds to get home??
