The city of St Pete is planning a 98 unit low income housing project at 635 64th St South currently the Grace Connection Church in the Bear Creek Neighborhood.
In this neighborhood the foot print would only be enough for 15-20 single family houses. The city want to put in 98 units.
This is almost a done deal unless you make your voice heard.
There is a meeting on 04/23/2019 at 6:30PM at the Grace Connection Church Meeting Hall.
