As your President of the Country Club Estates Home Owners Association I would like to welcome you to the neighborhood!
Country Club Estates was created in 1979 as a community adjoined with the Paso Robles Country Club. Phase-one established the majority of residences through all the single story homes. The remainder included the two story residences along Flag Way and within Green Court. The community has a total of 75 individual residences within a little over 10 acres. Approximately 7 acres are open space for the benefit of all to utilize. Today we are no longer associated with the Paso Robles Golf Club, however we share some neighborly bounds, access and infrastructure.
The Country Club Estates Home Owners Association (HOA) is a voluntary Board of Directors who works hard to ensure that the investment of our fellow owners is used wisely and leveraged appropriately. Every meeting of the Board is held the third Thursday of every month, currently at my home – 149 Flag Way. All residents are welcome to attend, however we prefer to have owners in attendance should an issue be raised. A public comment time is always available at the beginning of each meeting. Agendas are typically posted before each meeting at the two bulletin boards, one by the mailboxes on Flag Way and the other within the parking lot island at Green Court.
We are a diverse little community that is a cross section of this great city we live in with everything from law enforcement to wine industry to teachers as well as retired professionals living among us. My hope is that we all treat each other with neighborly respect and look out for each other as any small community does. As a private community with a Home Owners Association we have community rules to adhere to. The Country Club Estates CC&R’s clearly details many of these rules, such as parking, pet care and noise. Many of these follow general city ordinances, but we also try to keep to a higher standard since our proximity to one another is unique. If you have any questions about the Rules and Regulations, please do not hesitate to come to the monthly Board of Directors meeting and we would be glad to discuss with you.
Country Club Estates is a neighborly community where everyone here looks out for their neighbor and I encourage you to do the same. I have lived here since 2005 with my husband and now toddler and am always encouraged to see how this community looks out for itself. If you ever want to discuss a community issue, I am always willing to talk and welcome your feedback. The HOA is always working on improving our community and have many ideas in the works. If you have an idea to help improve the community that we live in, we would love to hear it.
Thank you for this moment of your time. Again, on behalf of the Home Owners Association, welcome to the community!
Sincerely,
Jennifer Taranto
President
