Driving Alert: Northeast Park Neighborhood Association has approved plans for a reduced speed limit from 40 to 35 mph, and for four lanscaped medians on 40th Avenue NE between First Street and th 40th Avenue Bridge. Meanwhile our neighbors in Shore Acres did not pass their traffic calming device plan, although their speed limit will be reduced to 25mph. Try to be a good neighbor, and do yourself a favor by slowing down!
