The property owners had to hire an attorney at a sum of $10,000 to have the documents removed from their property. The courts found the document to be invalid. Also Mrs. Watson filed a deframation lawsuit against against one of the homeowners that said she notarized her signature without her consent to a document she had never seen. Needless to say Mrs. Watson loss and had to pay over $15,000 for her legal fees. Please see court records before hiring.
