I reside on Bella Flora Lane and have had several different young adults knock on my door trying several different tactics to get a donation and possibly to confirm whether there is someone home at that time of the day.
One of the young men stated he was selling candy bars that were obviously purchased at costco trying to sell them under the belief that he is doing it for a charity, oddly enough he couldnt recall the name initially then called it the NCAA when questioned all he said was he didnt know the name, SCAM #1.
Second young man knocked on the door stating that the picture he had in his wallet was of a deceased brother that was unexpected and would voulteer to cut my lawn, lawn is new didnt need mowing, offered to pull weeds when obviously i had none and that if i wasnt interested in his services he would be glad to take any donation i would give.
These are all tactics to acquire information on the home, make no mistake these are not in anyway legitimate charities, they want your money and your schedule.
