Seeing one woman in Arkansas gave birth to 18 children within the last 22 years, what is the record for a Pawtucket woman giving single and/or multiple births?  Is the Arkansas woman starting a tribe or a cult?

Regarding the woman who just had octupulets along with six other children in the same family, what are the odds local Child Protective Services will allow her to keep custody of 14 children as a single parent?
