Office Personnel for Peachtree Homeowner Association

Part time personnel, hours varies

This is a list of job requirements but not limited to the following tasks:

1. General office skills

2. Have good interpersonal skill

3. Able to communicate and analyze problems clearly

4. Report any problems to the association promptly

5. Interact wirh residents, vendors and contractors in a professional manner

5. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel

6. Ability to negotiate, bids, surpervise, plan and schedule jobs for the Association

7. Be willing to learn new and innovate methods to handle problems

8. Be willing to learn fire and safety requirements

9. Be willing to learn statutory requirements and Association board policies regarding liens and forclosures: proceed as necessary

10. Inventory tools and equipment owned by the association and maintain inventory

11. Ability to deal with complaints fairly and objectively

12. Be willing to learn the rules, regulations and bylaws that guide the association

13. Ensure all association income is recorded and prepared for deposit

14. Keep Peachtree Homeowner Association website updated

15. Ability to communicateand analyze problems clearly
