So where does Winter meet Spring?
Scientifically speaking: For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, Winter this year will become Spring at 6:28 a.m EDT on March 20th, when the Earth's rotation on it's axis brings the apparent position of the sun across the plane created by the equator. This is called an Equinox.
Put more simply though, an equinox is one of two days of the year when the length of the day equals the length of the night. One of these happens on Monday.
