Why We Have an Association?

As we embark down the road in forming our own Homeowners Association (HOA) it is a good time to reflect on why we have an Association. Hopefully the HOA will do two things; first, provide a safe and pleasurable place for each of the 46 families to live and second, maintain or improve property values.
While attendance and participation at HOA functions and meetings are optional, abiding by HOA rules is not. By purchasing property in Pembroke Farms, each owner has agreed, through a legal and binding written agreement, to be a member of the HOA and to follow all of the covenants, conditions, and restrictions instituted by the HOA and its Board of Directors.
As your duly elected Board representatives, we intend to strive toward enacting and enforcing HOA rules that protect our way of life and our property values.
