Please Trim Your Bushes and Trees

Help keep our neighborhood well lit and safe. Many of our street-lights are being overgrown by bushes and trees. Please keep these plants trimmed and away from the lights that we depend on to illuminate our streets and homes. Well lit streets are safer.

Homeowners are responsible for the trees and bushes between the sidewalks and streets. The county will not be trimming these plants, you must do it.

Trees which overhang a sidewalk and/or roadway must be uniformly trimmed at the bottom to a minimum clearance of eight (8) feet above the sidewalk, and should be trimmed high enough over the roadway (14?’) to not obstruct the traffic lanes and to allow any type of vehicle to pass by your property within the proper traffic lane.
