Construction delayed at Tract 6

Orange County has issued a stop order to the contractor at Tract 6. They are requiring a right of way permit which the contractor did not obtain before beginning the project. We met with the chief engineer of the permitting department to find out which permit would be required and work should re-commence as soon as the contractor gets the permit. By June 5 at the latest.
