Perrin-Beitel Neighbors

Too many people who live in the area directly across from the DPS office, enter the subdivision & exit at a high rate of speed. We have people from our neighborhood that enjoy thier leisurely, evening strolls and sometimes we have children playing. Also, there is no need to play your car stereos loud for all to hear. Another thing I have noticed & wittnessed, (as others) there is a young hispanic girl that walks a small dog around the neighborhood. I have seen her, openning up people's mailboxes & stick her hands in them. I caught her doing this to ours on several occasions. My husband confronted her one afternoon, just as she opened up our mailbox! He asked her why she was doing that, she said she did not know but that because she felt like it. So, neighbors beware. In case anyone has any missing mail. We eventually went and got a Pobox, because of this, and we continue to see her every now and then walking around the neighborhood.
