Hello my name is Garry. I am recently retired and currently living in Littleton. My desire is to move out to the county and I have been looking at properites in the Valley Park, True Montain Estates, and Assembly Estates areas.
Recently I have become aware of the problem concerning gound water depletion rates in Douglas County. In certain areas wells have gone dry and in other areas well life is estimated at 10-15 years.
I would greatly appreciate any information regarding the specifics of the situation in your community.
