But if your large dogs had been leashed, this wouldn't even have come up.

I think this discussion needs to be in person, or on the phone not in the Homeowners association forum.

And just for the record everyone needs to remember no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Even people who live in River Trails! Laughing

One person sells their goods on the board,  another person intejects their thoughts of this person's goods.  The seller gets angry and says some choice words along with their co-worker or good friend.  Another decides to comment on the behavior and circumstances surrounding that behavior / goods for sale.  This is normal forum talk and should they want to discuss it on the homeowners association forum - they can.  It is their right just the same as yours for your comment just now.   I agree,  we are not all perfect but that doesn't make it right.  That is an excuse that many people use instead of apologizing.  A simple explanation of what occured along with an apology and none of this would have gone astray.   It's called being bigger than the person beside you.  I don't think a lot of people take it for granted that River trails people are perfect - I think a lot of people forget the saying "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".   Yes,  a very old saying but a true one.  Wink

Yeesh Sorry...I was just trying to bring some lightness into a tense situation.

I apologize. I don't make comments very often but I thought I would inject some humor. I'm sorry if you took offense.
