Hello. My name is Morgan Richards, and I am a thirteen year old girl living in Park Crossing. I have recently been interested in adopting a few ducklings with my fourteen year old sister. We were wondering if it would be considered as keeping livestock, and in order to not break any rules, we have wanted to ask you first. I have researched this exact question, and the internet said they were not. In my opinion, it is always better to be safe, than sorry. When they are fully grown, we will most likely give them up to an expierenced farmer.
