I spoke with Jodi Amato on Friday April 25, 2003. She informed me that the strip mall was to be occupied by professional business i.e. doctors office, eye exams, physical therapy, health store, drug store, etc. That means, no food places, cheap retail shops, or no frills stores. She assured me the stores would be quality stores. She also stated the design of the building itself would have a professional appearance. Overall our conversation went well. We exchanged numbers and agreed to stay in contact throughout this project. I was assured by her, the stores in this strip mall would not attract the undesirable. I will continue to monitor the situation and address any change as needed.
