I want to know if anything is going to be done about the gangs in the park? I have tried to contact members(Bob) at least, and never have had any return calls or emails. I want to know if the police are going to do anything or what. I have had three of my neighbors put there houses for sale because of the problems. 3 or 4 weeks ago the gangs had a shoot out in the park. When I called the police it took them 20 minutes before they showed up, and all the gang members where gone. Please someone help with this growing Issue..Since the board members and the police dont seem to care.Since they dont have to deal with it on a day to day base's...HELP HELP HELP

If you tried to contact me it wasn't by phone or email since I monitor both and have received nothing. If you would like the block watches help just ask. We are not mind readers. The Police are aware of the situation. If you have peeked outside the window you can see they have stepped up the patrols. Hey a great idea. Get involved in your block watch and make a difference, I am.

I think we're on our own peg. When my ADT alarm was going off, it took the police over 20 minutes to get to my house. Lets just say that if there was really a robber, he/she would certainly have been gone by then, or worse, I could have been dead! The police are absolutely terrible in our area so it's basically no help at all. Maybe we can petition the city for security. I'm new to AZ so i'm not sure how it works. But I do share your concern.

Everyone who has a genuine concern and would like to be a part of the solution will have their chance. Now is the time to show up and make a difference. This is OUR neighborhood, not the governments so step up and show up to the meeting at Sahuaro School on February 5th at 7 PM.
Let's stop the complaining and get involved in OUR neighborhood.
