Cholla Fightback holds inspections of properties in their area in conjunction with the zoning department. Is this something that WWNA also does?

Years ago when Westown was in the Fightback program with the City of Phoenix we were required to monitor properties for blight. This was done through Neighborhood Services. WWNA still works with NSD to maintain our neighborhood. Recently, Westown has had the Adult Probation Dept working in some of the worst alleyways in the neighborhood to combat the growth of vegetation. WWNA has also had the AP Dept doing cleanup at Sahuaro Elementary.
As far as Zoning issues, those are in the hands of North Mountain Village Planning Committee and the City Council. Westown has had an opinion on zoning issues but has never monitored and reported zoning issues.
