Thanks to the good eye of one of our neighbors we are finding neighborhood general stores that are selling crack pipes. The first one we heard about is right across the street from our elementary school! This is not a smoke shop where you are not allowed into the store unless you are 18 years of age or older! This is a general store and the crack pipes, marijuana pipes and bongs are at the eye level of a child.

Some volunteers of our neighborhood association has confronted them and let them know we felt it very unneighborly of them to sell to just anyone. Two of our stores have agreed to stop the sale of these pipes.

I can not believe the government hasn't made it illegal to sell any kind of crack or pot pipes.I came from maryland where it was outlawed in the early eighties.If the government here can't outlaw these things,we need a new government.The government officials have obviously never had to deal with drugs in any way and know nothing about it.
