The people across the street from me put grass in their front yard. It looks so pretty! I want to make a few changes and maybe add grass after the Holidays. Do I need to call the management company first?

Yes, you do need approval to change the landscaping in the front of your home. It sounds like you would be ok adding grass as long as you have enough plants and trees. If you go back to the castlegate home page, you can find the architechtural link and print out a submittal form. Just mail that to Kachina with your plans and the arc committee will send your approval back promptly (providing your plans meet all guidelines for landscaping).
